We strive to accommodate each client to the best of our ability. Confirmations for appointments are sent via email and text. We understand that life happens and situations may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please cancel or reschedule your service with us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We recommend that you book your appointments in advance to ensure the best possible availability.
A credit card is required to hold appointments at Bleach. If you choose not to provide this information we will not hold your appointment.
tardiness, no-shows, and cancellations
Tardiness is a disruption to our day to day operations. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, your service provider may need to reschedule.
Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you may be charged a cancellation fee.
If you must reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any fees.
